- You can wear Circular on any finger, but the all four fingers give the most accurate readings.
- The thumb still works but with less precision.
- Best worn on your non-dominant hand (e.g., to wear on the left hand if you’re right-handed).
- Finger size changes during the day! Sizing is most accurate midday.
- The Circular logo of the ring should face the top of your finger, and the flat sensor part should face your palm.
Between Sizes?
👉 Choose the larger size of both but make sure it’s snug enough not to fall off.
👉 If you have large knuckles, choose the smallest size that slides over them comfortably.
